According to Fred Luthans, 2006. Psychological capital or PsyCap defined as "an individual's positive psychological state of development".
Psychological capital is the tool to overcome our many obstacles. it also predominately used in organization. The psychological capital is also called as "PSYCAP". Moreover, it develops the employees attitude, behavior and performance, creativity, problem solving, innovation and create positive impact in work-family conflict.
